1 Review the starting point

Tell us which POS you use, where you are moving, how many locations are involved, and whether an ecommerce store will remain connected. We review representative exports and confirm the destination can receive the agreed records.

2 Agree the data map

We identify the source of each destination field, including product options, SKUs, barcodes, customer details, and location quantities. You review any decisions about conflicting records or unsupported fields before the $2,999 scope is confirmed.

3 Test representative records

The test includes examples that reflect your business, such as a product with several sizes, an item held at multiple locations, or a customer whose details need reconciliation. You review the results with the migration team.

4 Plan the final transfer

Together we agree when the final data snapshot will be taken and how changes made after that snapshot will be handled. Inventory and customer balances need particular attention when stores continue trading.

5 Reconcile and hand over

We compare the agreed source records with the imported results and document exceptions. Your handover includes the decisions and files needed to understand what moved and where historical information remains available.

Confirm responsibilities in writing

Before booking, the written scope needs to identify correction responsibilities, the support duration, vendor charges and the acceptance criteria. These details are agreed for the project; no universal support period or automatic inclusion of historical records is promised here.
